Where is the studio located?
makeup_code by Mada Petcu is based in San Ġwann, Malta. The exact address and live directions (walking, driving, transit, Waze) are on the contact section.
How do I book an appointment?
Pick a service, a date and a time and confirm the booking yourself: a confirmation email follows. We are not taking a deposit online at the moment — everything is settled at the studio.
Is a deposit required?
Not at the moment. Online payment is switched off, so a booking is held without a deposit and settled at the studio.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Message us on WhatsApp with your name and the date and we will move or cancel it for you. Please give at least 24 hours notice.
Do you ship products across Malta and the EU?
Yes. Rates and delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Shipping is free over €120. EU 14-day returns apply.
What are your opening hours?
The studio is open Daily 09:00–19:00 (Malta time). The free times are the ones shown on the booking page, always current.
